Easy and Healthy Paleo Banana Bread Recipe

2 Cups Almond Flour

2 Tablespoons Coconut Flour

3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda

1/2 Teaspoon Salt

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

2 Eggs

1/4 Cup Coconut Oil

1/4 Cup Raw Honey

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

3 Mashed Bananas


Step 1:

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix together dry ingredients in small mixing bowl.

Whisk Eggs, Coconut Oil, Raw Honey, and Vanilla Extract together in large mixing bowl

Step 3:

Combine dry ingredients into the large mixing bowl. Add mashed bananas to mixing bowl and mix thoroughly.

Step 4:

Scoop batter into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
