We ship orders Monday through Friday. Purchases made after 2pm EST will not begin processing until the next day. If you place your order after 2pm EST on a Friday, your order will begin processing the following week. Please consider this when placing your order.

Expected time to process and ship orders is 1 business day. Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days.

Our standard shipping is a $2.95 Flat Rate Shipping, with an estimated delivery of 10 business days after processing. We do not refund Flat Rate Shipping on orders.

PLEASE NOTE: We use an automatic system to check all addresses and ensure they are correct. We reach out via email and telephone to verify these addresses. If we do not hear back from you confirming/correcting the address, this Address Verification Process may delay your shipment. Per our policy, we do not refund the shipping (expedited or standard) for packages delayed due to Address Verification.

We cannot change the shipping address once an order has been placed.

We cannot cancel an order once it has been processed for fulfillment.

Note: Our system does not recognize emojis or special characters/font. If an emoji or special characters/font are included in the billing/shipping address, we will have to cancel the order.

We offer Free Shipping on orders with subtotals of $50 or more, before taxes and after discounts are applied. Similar to Flat Rate Shipping orders, Free Shipping orders are estimated to be delivered of 10 business days after processing.


All orders over $120 are automatically sent with a signature required via USPS at our expense. We want to ensure you will receive your product safe and sound. We suggest you provide an address where you are available to sign for the package during normal business hours.  If, for any reason, you are not available to sign for the package at the time of delivery, the carrier will hold the package at their local office for your convenience.

Orders shipping to any of the aforementioned locations will be canceled and refunded.


Here at PurMEDICA, we stand behind the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer an industry-best 90-day refund on our products.


Orders placed on

  • No account is required. Simply input your order number and the email address you used to place the order after clicking the link below.
  • Once you find your order, select the item(s) you would like to return.


  • Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
  • Return drop-offs will not be accepted.
  • Return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense.
  • If you are returning multiple items, you do not need to generate multiple labels unless you plan on shipping items out in separate packages. 
  • We currently allow direct exchanges for Waist Trimmer Bundles and the Pre Sweat / Post Sweat Bundle up to 45 days from your date of purchase.
  • Depending on the form of return shipping you choose, it can take up to 10 business days for your return to reach us. Once your package has returned to our warehouse, a refund (minus the original cost of shipping) or exchange will be processed based on your request, and an email notification will be sent upon completion.
  • Refunds will be issued in the amount equaling the item’s original purchase price and minus the original shipping cost. If we provide you with a return label, $7.50 will be deducted from your total refund. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) is/are delivered.



  • Our 90 day money back guarantee is valid only to U.S. customers who purchased product from,, GNC or Vitamin Shoppe. Refund requests on purchases made via other third-party affiliates or health stores must be directed to the appropriate retailer. 
  • The 90-day money-back guarantee is valid only once per product, and redeemable item(s) must be shipped back to Sports Research (at customers’ expense) with a valid receipt in order to process the return. Refunds will not be given without a valid receipt. Customers may not return the same item for a refund more than once. We do not refund the original cost for the shipping on returns where the order was successfully delivered to the customer.
  • If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Additionally, we advise that you take a picture of your return label, or tracking number, in case your returned package is lost in transit. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Refunds are only issued for items that are successfully delivered. Sports Research does not provide refunds for orders that were reported lost in transit. Additionally, replacements for orders lost in transit are not eligible for a refund.
